Esword is great, but for the most part, you are limited to public domain works, although they do offer some paid content I think. As another poster said, the vast amount of commentary and scholarly work is not pentecostal or charismatic in nature. This used to bother me but I've learned to glean from the various commentators, even though I don't always agree with them.
If you want Spirit-filled commentary, you have limited choices. I use a program called Accordance, which is a top notch Bible program with many, many modern resources. It isn't free, but you can do like I did, and start building a library. Over the past twenty years, I've accumulated a huge library in the program and I love to use it.
Accordance has Dakes Bible notes, and all of Dakes writings. If you are unfamiliar with him, he was a pentecostal preacher whose writings give strong support to healing and miracles. Accordance also offers the Fire Bible, which is a later edition of the Life in The Spirit Study Bible. This one is written by an Assembly of God missionary/scholar. In addition, they offer the Spirit Filled Commentary, which I have, but haven't used that much.
They also offer a systematic theology and commentaries on Acts and Corinthians by an Assembly of God scholar named Stanley Horton.
Another top Bible program is Logos. They offer Jack Hayfords Spirit Filled Life Study Bible which is excellent. They also offer a lot of study books by Jack Hayford. I believe they may have some other Pentecostal/Charismatic material, but I don't use Logos, so I'm less familiar.
To use one of the better programs, you have to make an investment. But if you are a serious student, I believe it's worth it.
These programs give you the ability to add your own notes and documents to the program, and I've used this to help close the gap for Charismatic material by adding notes from books I read or study, and also notes from sermons etc. The ability to add notes to any verse is so helpful.
