CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yes, it is somewhat odd. They say that even Christians and Jews will go to heaven, but then they say later that all who refuse to believe "what is revealed to them"(Mohammed's teachings) will burn in hell.

Eek. I'll never read that cause I'd get too irritated. A lady who married a Muslim came to camp once and told us all about it. It was awful. Did you know you should never ever ever repeat anything in their language after a Muslim no matter what they it is? Usually it's this phrase that if anyone says it, no matter if they know what they're saying or not, it makes them (in their belief) a Muslim.

Yeah, well, they think Jesus is a Muslim too. I am just reading an introductory collection of selected parts, so I can get an understanding of it for religion class. It will be helpful if you should ever need to defend your faith from any Islamic guys.

It's about a very needy guy. His name is Bob and he has seperation anxiety and a monstrous fear of germs and.. pretty much everything. Inside his apartment with his fish Gill he's fine. Outisde, even in his hallway, he's a nervous wreck.
So he finally finds this psychiatrist that actually helps him (even tho the doc is this big jerk) but then the shrink goes on vacation and Bob's seperation anxiety kicks in. And everything else springs from that.
