Peace in Christ.

The Son comes to give us knowledge so that we may know Him who is true.

He comes to deliver us from the power of darkness with the revealing of the true knowledge of God (speaking the true and faithful words of God) as He shall open up the Scriptures to our hearing ears…and let those who have an ear to hear, hear attentively.

It will not conform to the words…the preaching…of natural men that we have all been used to hearing in our churches.

1Th 2:13-14 KJV
(13) For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

And those who will believe in the truth…the revealed Word of God as spoken by Jesus through His messengers…will be persecuted by those of our own who will cling on to the preaching of men….the word of men.

(14) For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews:

We shall know that it is the Son speaking to us by the light that shall dawn within our once-darkened hearts.

It is the sign of the Son of man given to us so that we may know it is truly Him. It is the witness of God within our hearts that says that this is His Son whom we are to hear as He speaks to our ears. He is that “bright and morning Star” that shall arise within our very own once-darkened hearts when we hear Him speak.

Rev 22:16 KJV
(16) I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

His countenance shines like the sun in its strength. We shall know it is Him by that light that comes with His presence…His countenance…as He speaks the Word of God (the “sharp two-edged sword” that comes out of His mouth).

Rev 1:16 KJV
(16) And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

The light within our hearts will grow brighter and brighter the more we listen to Him. That is why we are to take heed on how we hear His voice.

More knowledge will be given by Him to those who show forth their faith in Him. Those who will hear will show forth their faith by enduring...patient enduring (quick to hear and slow to speak)...of what they hear rather than speaking a multitude of words in their wrath.

Luk 8:18 KJV
(18) Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he seemeth to have.

Whosoever has FAITH in what they hear, it shall be given to him.

God gives us His wisdom...knowledge.... if we do not "upbraid" what we hear. It is not God who "upbraideth not" but it is man who is to not defame or rail upon what he shall hear from God. If man patiently endures steadfast in his faith towards what he shall hear the Lord saying, he will then receive it ...and more so.

Jas 1:5-7 KJV
(5) If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
(6) But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
(7) For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

We are to react with good deeds (and there was light) toward the hearing of His voice….manifesting our faith in Him.

We bring forth the fruit of the Spirit which manifests our inward faith in Him. Faith does not stay hidden within the heart.

The true and faithful Word of God is heard and the “good ground” ….an honest and good heart…will keep what is heard and will produce the fruit of the Spirit towards the hearing of it.

Luk 8:8 KJV
(8) And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear
.

An honest and good heart will hear the true Word of God (rather than the word of men) and will keep it and will bring forth fruit (revealing their faith) with "patience"....with endurance...for the hearing of the revealed Word will challenge what we had once believed was true.

Luk 8:15 KJV
(15) But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

No man hides his faith within his heart but manifests it outwardly….so that the light shines (and there was light). No man should cover up His inward faith but rather let it shine outwardly.

Luk 8:16 KJV
(16) No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.

A person who hides their faith is like the man who kept His pound laid up in a napkin. We have all been given a measure of faith and we are expected to manifest outwardly that faith when we hear the Lord's voice speaking to us.

Luk 19:20-21 KJV
(20) And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:
(21) For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow.

Every one who shall have (manifesting faith) shall be given the mysteries of the kingdom. Those who do not have (not manifesting the inward faith) will have it taken away from them.

Luk 19:26 KJV
(26) For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.

The righteous shall shine forth as the sun in His kingdom. Why? Because they will shine forth their faith ….manifesting their faith when they will hear His voice. They will do His will in the kingdom…in the government…of their Father. They will be found doing the will of the Father when they HEAR His voice. They will have an ear to hear ....and more knowledge shall be given to them. They will enter in to fully understand.

Mat 13:43 KJV
(43) Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Faith is ACTIVE. Manifested faith is living. Hidden faith is dead.

We can’t hide behind platitudes only (saying “Lord, Lord”) but must be found of Him doing His will when we shall hear His voice. Those who do His will, will be able to enter in to know the mysteries of the kingdom.

Mat 7:20-21 KJV
(20) Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
(21) Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Sewing fig leaves together (saying “Lord, Lord”) is not enough. Leaves only without producing fruit is dead faith.

We must bring forth the FRUIT of the Spirit when the Lord reveals to us our spiritual deficiencies…the lack of true righteousness (from Revelation 3:17: “…knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: “).

We cannot put trust in saying “Lord, Lord” only without the accompanied fruit of the Spirit.

Gen 3:7-9 KJV
(7) And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

We are to hear the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the “cool”…that is, the Spirit…of the Day…the Day of Judgment.

We must show we know Him (not hiding from His face) by hearing His voice and be found readily walking with Him in the Spirit and not be found hiding ourselves (not outwardly revealing our faith in Him). Hidden faith is dead faith.

Adam and his wife hid from His presence in the middle of the TREE (singular in Hebrew and not plural) of the Garden. They did not show that they knew Him because they hid their faith. They hid from His face. When we know someone, we see their face.

That tree is the Tree of Life that they hid in for they hid behind the reputation that they were alive but were instead dead. Professing one’s faith (leaves only) without producing the fruit is dead faith.

Living faith is manifesting it outwardly by the producing of the fruit of that Tree of Life. Dead faith is hiding that faith and not producing fruit.

(8) And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool (SPIRIT) of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees (TREE) of the garden.

The LORD God called out unto Adam, “Where are you”? Where is the manifestation of that hidden faith?

(9) And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

Faith without the outward manifestation of good works toward the hearing of His voice that speaks in the fullness of the Spirit to our hearing ears is dead.

We may hide behind our professed faith (a name that we are living) but not having any good works that accompany that faith is dead.

Rev 3:1-2 KJV
(1)And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

Our works are “perfect”….that is, complete…before God by producing good works toward Him who speaks to us in the fullness of the Spirit of God. He has the 7 Spirits of God speaking to us the true and faithful words of God. We are to be "watchful"...that is, AWAKEN to His righteousness.

(2) Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.

Good works COMPLETES our faith in Him. Good works manifests our faith.

Jas 2:22
(22) Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect (COMPLETE)?

Faith alone without the manifestation of good works is dead.

Jas 2:17 KJV
(17) Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone
.

Only professing our inward faith (sewing fig leaves together) does not save us. We must also produce the fruit of the Spirit.

Jas 2:14 KJV
(14) What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?

Faith without good works is dead….and that is the message made to the church in Sardis (the “dead” church).

Jas 2:26 KJV
(26) For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

We must be found of Him overcoming our wrath of what we hear Him saying to us in the Spirit….for the wrath of man does not work the righteousness of God. We must be DOERS of the Word and not just hearers of it.

Jas 1:19-20 KJV
(19) Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
(20) For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
