The ex-fighter pilot raised a stunning amount of money within her 1st day of announcing her run to get rid of McConnell!!!!

Launching her bid for U.S. Senate on Tuesday, former fighter pilot and U.S. Marine Amy McGrath laid the blame for America’s current political dysfunction at Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s feet.

McGrath addressed the Kentucky voters she says the 77-year-old has failed to help in his three decades in the Senate: steel workers struggling with a lack of jobs, diabetics worried about their health care coverage.

Instead, McGrath said, McConnell has “turned Washington into something we all despise.”
