Perhaps our local neighbourhood, will be less 'littered' in future
This afternoon I noticed a guy, coming from a house two doors away
he was carrying a full carrier bag, and two minutes later, he came back MINUS, THE BAG
? I found the bag FLY-TIPPED on the car-park behind my home
He then went back to the house brought out another full carrier bag and, drove off in his car

as you can see, we have a problem with fly-tipping
?
This guy has his own wheelie-bins, just as I have

Really!!
We have had rat infestations here (from time to time) _since 2007
and had the whole area baited-out [not funny]
and I saw one myself back in 2009
running up our back garden and under the fence

Seems that someone (the council/owners of the car park perhaps) need to do something about it although, of course, it is the responsibility of the person dumping the rubbish.

I am still the Home-Watch Coordinator, for my area
although we haven't had a meeting (as a community) since, before Mary passed
Fly-tipping, was always 'on the agenda'
I have a shopping trolley from Tesco (2 or 3 miles away)
in my side pathway, someone threw it over the wall (months ago)
I have repeatedly had to pick up glass from smashed bottles
that get tossed over the wall as schoolkids and drunks pass by in the alleyway
that runs beside my house (called a 'ginnel' locally)

update:
Anyway, the police got onto Salix, who sent a team around
to clean up the car park and it's surrounding gardens
all-except, the area that I photographed
Salix sent four (yes 4) of it's representatives to the house
Apparently, the 'fly-tipper' is a lodger, to the actual tenants

The car-park now looks 'amazingly' (sauber u. erfrischend) ~clean and refreshed \o/

That's good Dave. We had a house with a pathway alongside it and I was fed up with cleaning up rubbish, broken glass etc.
