Unusually warm for this time of year here and many places are thinking of putting water restrictions in place already.

Very chilly in my hemisphere. Definitely a good day to stay indoors and snuggle up with a good book or peruse CF.

Xmas will be white here if the weather continues as it is. Although it has snowed lightly it is not windy and the pavements and roads are clear, so it is pretty to look at but not too inconvenient.

Zestfully enjoy the nice things about the snow, but it has caused great inconvenience in some part of the UK.

A beautiful day all over the country here and even though it's very warm it is a joy to see blue skies and puffy white clouds.

Being glad that there has not been much snow and roads are clear for driving. Weather has for a mild Christmas, so it may not snow, or possibly flurries or light snow.

Cold but dry and still when going to the Post Office late afternoon. Long queues there, unsurprisingly, and several people took one look and went away!

Decided to get most of the groceries today or tomorrow at the latest as the shops will be very busy this weekend.

Expected crowds too, at the weekend, and it was busier than usual. So glad that I normally shop during the week.

Finding bargains on Boxing Day is not something I get into at all, though it seemed others had plans to do that as there were plenty of cars on the move when I popped out earlier.

Guess it's Boxing Day afternoon for you now, js. It's the early hours of the same day here - I'm up very late. I don't go to the sales either until at least 27th. Might go Thursday.

More of a winter person myself (although it seldom goes far below freezing), although autumn is my favourite season, but hope those of you who feel cold manage to stay warm.
