LONDON British officials believe that Usama bin Laden's Al Qaeda terrorist network successfully built a crude radiological device known as a "dirty bomb" in Afghanistan, the British Broadcasting Corp. reported Thursday.

Someday, people are going to realize that it takes a while for information to become declassified. When they do, they'll stop crying "wolf" everytime the US military is involved in some sort of operation.
