Come on now your are getting Fox confused with CNN and MSNBC they are the ones that spent 5 years telling the people lies about Trump and Russia and claiming that they had evidence that they were never able to produce, check the facts.
That certainly is the Conservisphere narrative, but the reality is Mueller was investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election. He found extensive Russian interference in the 2016 election. Ron Johnson's Senate Intelligence Committee report found even more. Manafort has admitted to direct contact with Kallimnik. Lev Parnas has even more receipts.

But that's irrelevant to the fact that Fox talking heads KNOWINGLY LIED on air repeatedly when they supported the spread of the 2020 election big lie - and continue to do so to this day because they don't just think their audience is stupid, they count on it.

Well you have to give that "stupid" audience credit for not believing the lies about the Russia Hoax, or the Biden laptop, or numerous other false news items they carried and then avoided responsibility for.

Why, because you don't like the stories they are producing?
Oh the stories are fine as long as you are not gullible enough to accept rumors as facts. I often enjoy reading fiction in the NYT.

Pence ordered to testify to grand jury on talks with Trump over 2020 election interference

Tuesday's order is another legal setback for Trump and his efforts to block special counsel Jack Smith's investigation

A federal judge has ordered former Vice President Mike Pence to testify before a grand jury about conversations he had with former President Donald Trump in which they allegedly talked about how to overturn the 2020 election, according to two sources familiar with the case.

The sealed order from Chief Judge James Boasberg is another legal setback for Trump and his efforts to block an ongoing special counsel Jack Smith's investigation into events leading up to the January 6, 2021 riots in the U.S. Capitol.

Pence had earlier indicated he was prepared to appeal any requirement he testify, all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary.

Yeah, it’d be better if they did hard hitting factual reporting like the story about Hunter paying his dad $50k/mo in rent.

That depends, for some reason I feel obligated to answer questions regardless of how baseless or foolish they may be.

Justice Dept. said to have more evidence of possible Trump obstruction at Mar-a-Lago

Ex-staffer’s emails, texts are guiding investigators, who increasingly suspect Trump went through boxes after subpoena

The additional evidence comes as investigators have used emails and text messages from a former Trump aide to help understand key moments last year, said the people, who like others interviewed for this article spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing criminal investigation.

The new details highlight the degree to which special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the potential mishandling of hundreds of classified national security papers at Trump’s Florida home and private club has come to focus on the obstruction elements of the case —whether the former president took or directed actions to impede government efforts to collect all the sensitive records.

Investigators now suspect, based on witness statements, security camera footage, and other documentary evidence, that boxes including classified material were moved from a Mar-a-Lago storage area after the subpoena was served, and that Trump personally examined at least some of those boxes, these people said. While Trump’s team returned some documents with classified markings in response to the subpoena, a later FBI searchfound more than 100 additional classified items that had not been turned over.

The Washington Post reported in October that Trump’s valet, Walt Nauta, had told investigators that he moved boxes at Mar-a-Lago at the former president’s instruction after the subpoena was issued. Smith’s team has video surveillance footage corroborating that account, The Post reported, and considers the evidence significant.

This is exactly why Trump doesn't send written messages. Paper trails leave to evidence.

Is this the same group that publicly accused Cassidy Hutchinson of lying, but when they were questioned under oath following those accusations suddenly couldn't remember anything?
Or is it the same group that erased all the Secret Service text messages from Jan 6? Maybe both?

Exclusive: National security officials tell special counsel Trump was repeatedly warned he did not have the authority to seize voting machines

Chad Wolf, the former acting Homeland Security secretary, and his former deputy Ken Cuccinelli were asked about discussions inside the administration around DHS seizing voting machines when they appeared before the grand jury earlier this year, according to three people familiar with the proceedings. Cuccinelli testified that he “made clear at all times” that DHS did not have the authority to take such a step, one of the sources said.

Trump’s former national security adviser Robert O’Brien, in a closed-door interview with federal prosecutors earlier this year, also recounted conversations about seizing voting machines after the 2020 election, including during a heated Oval Office meeting that Trump participated in, according to a source familiar with the matter.

Inside the Trump White House after the 2020 election, the push to seize voting machines eventually led to executive orders being drafted in mid-December of that year, directing the military and DHS to carry out the task despite Wolf and Cuccinelli telling Trump and his allies their agency did not have the authority to do so.

Those orders, which cited debunked claims about voting system irregularities in Michigan and Georgia, were presented to Trump by his former national security adviser Michael Flynn and then-lawyer Sidney Powell during a now-infamous Oval Office meeting on December 18.

Wow so now we are going to hold people responsible for every idea that gets kicked around in a strategy meeting. Help us all if that becomes the case. Anyone who thinks outside the box is a criminal or worse?

What? No. These people are witnesses, not defendants. The real import of their testimony is something like, "I told Trump he lost fair and square. The claims of voter fraud were baloney."

This might go to establish that Trump knew, or should have known, that he lost and the claims of voter fraud were baloney.

OR it simply indicates that different people have different opinions which is why we hold meetings to exchange ideas, consider all alternatives, and select a plan of action. what seems to lost on some liberals is that it is not a crime to listen to ideas that conflict with your ideas.

The special prosecutor has not subpoenaed these people's testimony to discover that people hold different opinions in meetings.
