If they accepted the Pro-Life wing of their party, they would have much better electoral success. Since they stabbed Bob Casey Sr. in the back it has been a downward spiral.

I'd be really surprise if the meeting covered any topic other than what concessions the pro-life wing of the DNC would be willing to accept in order for them to shut up about abortion.

The Democrats are in too deep to Planned Parenthood, NARAL and similar organizations to be anything but 100% behind abortion.

This is good ... both parties should refrain from applying litmus tests to potential supporters ...
I think the Democrats should be free to do what they want to do. If they really want to exclude pro-life people, they should be able to do that, but they should expect the consequence that pro-life people might accept that exclusion and vote for some other party. If the Democrats want to be the party of the little guy again, they need some remedial work. Actually lots of remedial work.
