courage is not the absence of fear
courage is taking action despite fear

Run the race, take the path God set before you.

He called you

Now step out in faith

Be not afraid!

Preach boldly

Go forth

The opposite of death is LOVE

God is love!

We have nothing to fear

Yes, God is the strength of my heart,

To build up our spiritual muscles or strength, we need to do a spiritual work out each day:

Warm-up exercise:

Start your day by remembering that your life is in God's hands.

Think about what that would mean for you in the course of this particular day.

Workout Routine:

Be Attentive for opportunities to put love into practice throughout the day

Break:

Take time during each day to listen to what God has to say to you.

5-10 min in silence

Stretch:

End your day with gratitude. Highlight the good things that happened to you today, and share that good news with someone else

A particularly welcomed anecdote to the status-quo seldom heard!
