Joe 2:17 -18 Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God? ... Then will the LORD be jealous for his land, and pity his people.
There appears to be in the heart of God, a call to me, and I would say for the church as a whole. To come away from the natural things, and cry out to God for the state of our countries.
Monthly there seems to be some sort of assault on the church, some disrespect for God's commands in the public arena. Rather than withdraw to our natural lives, I believe God would have us be zealous, for seeking His face. To cry out for the state of our nations, that currently say "Where is their God?" ... that the LORD may then be "jealous for his land, and pity his people. "
