Peace.
Worldly sorrow vs godly sorrow.
The Lord shall cause the rich “shepherds” of the churches much grief (“howl, you shepherds and cry….) in this coming time as He comes to deliver His sheep from their churches where they are not being fed with His Word of Truth. Their grief shall be one of worldly sorrow and not of godly sorrow unto repentance that leads to salvation. Their worldly grief will bring death instead.
Woe unto those that are full now for they shall hunger. Woe unto those who laugh now for they shall mourn and weep (worldly sorrow).
Luke 6:24-26 KJV
(24) But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.
(25) Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep.
Woe unto those pastors and leaders who are spoken welll of by all men.
(26) Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
When the Lord comes to give us an understanding (He opens His mouth and teaches us), then blessed are those will hear and “mourn”…..a godly sorrow that leads to repentance unto salvation. They will hear His voice and be ashamed of those church things that they once participated in which leads to death. Those who will mourn (godly sorrow) shall be comforted.
Matthew 5:1-6 KJV
(1) And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:
(2) And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
Those who will hear His voice in this time and be of few words shall be happy. Blessed are the poor in spirit (breath). Their words shall be few (using their breath sparingly to speak words) as they hear Him and shall enter in to understand His knowledge. They will use “little strength” in their words towards the “open door” of utterance as He opens His mouth and teaches us.
(3) Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
(4) Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
(5) Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
(6) Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
The days of the “slaughter” of the rich shepherds are being concluded….as they shall never again prevent the life of Jesus from ever appearing in the mortal flesh of those sheep that they are leading astray. The days of their dispersions of us (causing divisions among us with their “denominations”) shall come to an end.
Jeremiah 25:34-36 KJV
(34) Howl, ye shepherds, and cry; and wallow yourselves in the ashes, ye principal of the flock: for the days of your slaughter and of your dispersions are accomplished; and ye shall fall like a pleasant vessel.
(35) And the shepherds shall have no way to flee, nor the principal of the flock to escape.
The LORD shall “spoil their pasture” which shall cause the worldly “cry of the shepherds”.
(36) A voice of the cry of the shepherds, and an howling of the principal of the flock, shall be heard: for the LORD hath spoiled their pasture.
Our Lord comes to give us an understanding with His voice speaking to us as He opens up the Scriptures to our understanding. The Lord shall “feed” us with the Word of Truth and many will depart from the company (their churches) of those who are leading us astray which will cause them (the “pastors” of the churches) much lamenting….worldly lamenting…. and not sorrow that leads to repentance unto salvation.
We must hear His voice and be “sorrowed to repentance”. Godly sorrow works repentance to salvation while “sorrow of the world” works death.
2 Corinthians 7:9-10 KJV
(9) Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.
(10) For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
Many of those “shepherds” who are peddling the Word of God in order to get their own earthly needs met (what to eat, what to drink, what to wear) shall hear His voice and will lament.....sorrow of the world because of the earthly things that are being cut off from their “preaching” as many of the sheep that they once deceived no longer “buy” what they are “selling” in their churches. Why seek the living among the “dead”? We must depart from them.
2 Corinthians 2:14-17 KJV
(14) Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
(15) For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:
Their hearing of His manifest knowledge shall be a “savor of death unto death” to those who will not want to hear it and will lament in a worldly sense over their “loss” of the sheep who will depart from their churches. Those who are currently retailing the Word of God shall sorrow...worldly sorrow that leads to death.
(16) To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
(17) For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.
The “rich men”….the rich pastors of the churches…will “weep and howl” for the worldly miseries that will come upon them as the Lord shall come and feed His sheep and lead them out from among those who are “dead”. We must “arise” at the hearing of His voice and depart from their “dead” company which will bring them much worldly sorrow and not godly sorrow.
James 5:1-6 KJV
(1) Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
(2) Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
(3) Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
(4) Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
The rich pastors of the churches have lived in pleasure on the earth (as they are minding and receiving their earthly things). They have nourished their hearts as they have rejoiced in the current status of things inside the church. But they have rejoiced in this “day of slaughter” as they condemn and kill the Just One…..as the life of Jesus is being removed from this earth by their deceptions.
(5) Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
(6) Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
Let us hear His voice and “RISE, let us be GOING” for behold, he is at hand that does betray the life of Jesus (the appearing Son of man) from ever appearing in our mortal flesh. The life of Jesus is being betrayed into the hands of sinners as they lead us astray from the Way of righteousness that leads to His appearing life in our mortal flesh which would give us His eternal life in this earth. We are not being fed with the Word of Truth in their churches.
Matthew 26:45-46 KJV
(45) Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
(46) Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me.
WE have a commandment from the Father that we should do: ARISE and let us go hence. We must depart from their churches where no mortal flesh is being saved. The “prince of the world”….those pastors who love to have the preeminence among men (love to be first) will have nothing in Him as they will persecute those who will hear and believe and DO His will.
John 14:29-31 KJV
(29) And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
(30) Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
(31) But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
Let us “GO FORTH” unto Him “without the camp” bearing His reproach as those we leave behind will persecute us ( calling us “evildoers”) as we leave.
Hebrews 13:9-16 KJV
(9) Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
(10) We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
(11) For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.
(12) Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.
(13) Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
(14) For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
(15) By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
(16) But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
