I noticed it nowadays everyone goes to the internet

It will be a good platform to spread the truth.

I have raised a thread in the most popular forum in science :

" DNA Declares Divine Design "

"DNA Declares Death od Darwin's "

    Within 10 min I received 15 Dislikes .

I was very happy to receive so many dislikes and I reply them one by one to defend , by this way I can spread the beautiful creation of our Graceful God.

Most people "I don't know and I don't care " Altitude need to be confronted in secular internet forums.

If you're interested in sharing the light of the gospel through social media, there's a good book called "@stickyjesus" that was helpful. I read that and used it as a jump off point for an equipping meeting at my church.

There are some great opportunities, but also some huge pitfalls and dangers to be aware of.

Hey Johnny, I just found your post and wanted to share something I have been working on with you. I started building a website that can help people find resources for sharing the Gospel and making disciples online that they can share with people they know who are interested.

The website contains a mix of blog posts, YouTube videos, some which I have made myself. You are welcome to visit and see if there is anything you can use to reach others living in your area.

    The website is www.exploringchristianityonline.com

Thanks for your work in Christ.

I have a similar web site several months ago , and now cancelled.
My point is after some time , I found the flow to the site was very small.
And I start to pray to the Lord to see what a better way we can preach the Gospel in the web.

What I am doing now is to go to the most popular web site e.g. Quora , Reddit , Baidu in China( in chinese ).

I discussed about all different subjects with laymen , and preach the Gospel indirectly.
And I found a huge work can be done in this way, whenever I am replying in the net , I pray to the Lord to help me through.

If you think that it is good, we can partner together and getting more members to be involved( may be forming a group ).You or anyone interested can contact me through email if you want.

I will introduce people to your site.

Also I found that Chinese people and Japanese people has a huge demand for internet Gospel preaching and I am working on these.

    God bless.

I do not wish to discourage you. There is a place for the Gospel in cyberspace, but...

I have found truth's gravity is weak on internet. I think this is because for many people, perhaps even most people, the internet is a tool with which to disagree. People on the internet clothe their contentiousness in political ideas, patriotic affiliations, personalities and the like (e.g. Jacob V Edward, Darth Vader V. Luke, etc.). They blindly rant and hate using rhetoric they didn't construct and ideas they don't understand like common billy clubs. People who are looking for hope are swept away by the currents of information overwhelming the Truth.

...Replace the word internet with the word world and you'll see what I'm really getting at might not be what you thought.

It's a fallen world...and yet our Lord commanded us in Mark 16:15 and at least a dozen other verses to "go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation."

We don't do this because we have a good chance of winning. It isn't a "safe bet". It isn't easy. In fact, the world wants you to quit. Everything that happens from this point will possess an element of oppositional force. There will always be someone or something in the way, obstructing the path to the ultimately goal.

I would say to you what I would say to anyone who is going to be a missionary physically. Go. preach the Gospel, never stop. Let those who have ears to hear obey the word of the Lord.

That is what I would say, if I could.
    God Bless you!

I agree. I like that - "truth's gravity is weak on internet".

The internet is a part of the world though and is where people are.

Is this forum not a place that's operating in gospel spreading?

For instance, in one day, you can encourage someone who is depressed or wants to die, sharing ideas, help someone over in another country with advice, connect with the lonely. This is the gospel- Love. Just loving people. There is a lot of it on this online forum even if it is with correction.

I agree, some people go about deconstructing ideas but that doesn't stop the good on here either. Wolves and sheep. They feed together is my understanding of the verse.

    Oh and never give up.

Yes . This is why internet preaching is becoming more important.

I joined the forum ( the biggest Forum in China B...com ) and by 2 ways to preach the Gospel .

One to chat in the special chatroom run by the Christians to discuss about faith and the truth( because the suppression of Govt. , they have limited knowledge about Christianity especially the History of it.)

The other way is to join the other chatrooms , such as Philosophy , history , evolution ... to discuss the truth with them . I type in English and translate to Chinese by Google translate. ( I know Chinese but can't type in Chinese )

My next jobs will be for Japanese and Muslims if Jesus let me do it.

For Japanese they are very withdrawal into their culture and are not easy to break through to Christ, it may be good to discuss the faith in a more low profile way in the net.

For Muslims it is safer for them to discuss and know about Jesus through internet.( I think more people in Turkey , Jordan may know more English.)

I'd like to know more about these secret chatrooms, also I think the internet ministry is a good idea but it wont be without persecution but as we can expect that with the Gospel's message.

This is not secret chatroom but the most popular one and I can register with my mobile phone number from New Zealand.

I participate in the discussion about Christianity and other related topics .

e.g. They cannot buy the Bible in the internet and can buy it in churches , also they have a very good android Chinese bible.

A lot of work can be done to increase the communication between Christians in China and US .

With the help of Google translate , we can do more.

If you are interested , you can contact me .

    God bless

Hi Johnny. Keep up the good work! I have talked face to face to people about the gospel of Christ offline( a little-I'm no evangelist) but the internet must be used for evangelism too.

Let me share something I've learned from experience that you might think is helpful in your important work(You are working for the King of Kings -so you are doing the most important work possible!)

I was talking to a Christian lady in Texas who told me her daughter came home from school crying because all her classmates told her that the Bible is all myth. This happened in the heart of the US Bible belt!

I told her to show her daughter this website.**I have no connection to the following website.)
    https://www.windowintothebible.com/the-siege-of-Lachish
(They allow you to freely distribute the photos-read the full condition there.)

This link shows an intricate picture of Isaiah 36:2. The British spent lots of money and effort in about 1850 to bring the walls of King Sennacherib's(the most powerful king in the world) palace to the UK.

There is also a photo of the actual Wall of Jerusalem from 2700 BC mentioned so importantly in Isaiah 36 and 37.(you have to search the extensive photos on the site). -This site also has the undisputed famous Taylor Prism, which scientifically proves King Hezekiah(an ancestor of Jesus existed and Isaiah 36 and 37 are scientifically verified.

The Texas mother thanked me after she checked out the "windowintotheBible" site. I was humbled by her gratitude but shocked her church did not teach her that many of the people in the Bible have been scientifically proven to have existed by scholarly, undisputable scientific archeology.
Much of the authenticity of the gospel of Christ we preach rests on the credibility of the Bible. Fortunately Purdue scholar Dr. Lawrence Mykytiuk has made it easy for us to show this to the world we witness to by writing the B.A.R. archaeology article "Archeology Confirms 50 Real People in the Bible":
**Please make sure to add in witnessing that this list includes 6 direct ancestors of Lord Jesus as written in Matthew 1:6-16.These are relatives-family- of our Lord. Jesus is an historical person! In my opinion they are the greatest scientific discoveries ever(along with " Dura Parchment 24"-which proved the 4 NT Gospels were existing in written form at least in the 2nd Century AD.-*** And Dr. A. Gustav Deissmann( the eminent scholar who discovered that the New Testament was written in Koine Greek) said that P52( a manuscript of a chapter of the Gospel of John) was from AD 98.

The Lord Almighty Jesus loves us so much that the Holy Spirit started the New Testament Gospels(I know about the markan priority argument) by listing the ancestors of Jesus-people we can verify scientifically. The Holy Spirit knew we could authenticate the Bible through this.(I read that Dr.Mykytiuk has since wrote about another 3 verified people and is working on a list of New Testament people.)

Those we witness to and to many who are searching, including Christians, need to be shown that the Bible is a credible, reliable source.
Dr. Mykytiuk's article, and connecting this to Matthew 1:6-11(***Christ's scientifically proven ancestors of David(99%);{The following are 100% undisputedly proven: King Uzziah King Ahaz, King Hezekiah, King Mannasseh and Jeconiah; and the photos of Jerusalem's "Hezekiah wall" and Lachish's destruction, makes proving the Bible is a reliable and an authentic source straightforward and simple.

-Only a tiny-but real- bit of mustard-sized faith will then be needed to believe after we show these evidence of the Bible's trueness.

Jesus said in John 10:38 and 14:11 that we should at least believe who he said he was by his works(miracles.) The fact that Matthew 1:6-11 can be scientifically verified(and hundreds of other people/things that have been verified through scholarly archeology) is truly a work of Christ Jesus and must be used in witnessing in our modern age.

Thanks for your work in Christ.

The objective evidences in history are beyond argument.

Usually I start with 3- steps approach for further discussion in different forums.

    1. Nature , especially DNA alone proves there is a Creator.

    2. The history of Hebrew race and the formation of Israel in 1948 prove that the God of Hebrew is the Creator.

    3. The Bible (44 writers in 1500 years) (cf. Koran 1 writer in 22 years ) and the history of western countries in 2000 years proves that Jesus is the only way to God our father.

USA is the new promised land in last days .

All of USA Christians should be more passionate in preaching the Gospel !

However I noticed that most of them are under influenced by the secular " Hollywood " culture and very satisfied in this comfortable lives and are lazy in preaching the good news to the other parts of world.

Nowadays every Christian has at least 3 ways to preach the Gospel.

    1. local , e.g. you can give out gospel tracts inside the returned books to library ; putting tracts inside the coffee shop you go to daily ; always keep some gospel tracts inside the wallet.

2.international , e.g. pray for the overseas missionaries , chose one specific country to pray for and travel to that country for short trip to preach.

    3. internet is a new way if you have limited resources !

Everyone can do this by discussing Christ in the internet.
