Do you think Farrakhn believes that Obama is the man who can defeat the "white devils" and bring about the day when God would restore African Americans, who were regarded as the original humans, to their rightful position as leaders of the world

amazing. Obama really is bringing people together. He has even convinced Farrakahn, despite disagreeing with him publically and on the record. Apparently Farrakahn has had a change of heart, considering that Obama has said "I decry racism and anti-Semitism in every form and strongly condemn the anti-Semitic statements made by Minister Farrakhan"

Yes. We know he said that.

After attending, for 20 years, a church which has honored Louis Farrakhan.

After Richard Cohen of the Washington Post made a point about Mr. Obama's pastor's embrace of the Nation of Islam.

And exactly at the time he is running for the Democratic party's nomination for President of the United States.

Odd Mr. Obama never noticed or spoke up about what his church and his mentor Rev Wright were doing before that, donja think?

Obama's pastor embraced the Nation of Islam. Not Obama.

A church that honored Louis Farakkhan - not Obama himself.

It doesn't matter what he does; he can't win either way.

Whatever he does, it's going to be wrong in the eyes of some Republicans who don't like him because...well, he's a Democrat. A Democrat that stands a very good chance of handing the Republican party its hindquarters in this upcoming election.

Sounds more like political expedience than personal conviction to me

Not unless you're a Democrat running for President that stands a good chance of winning in November.

In that case, it's slime-by-association.

Hitler liked Ghandi. So what.

The "so what" is Obama's minister just honored Farrakhan with a life-time achievement award. We got a mutual admiration society between Obama's church and the Nation of Islam.

And, as has been pointed out several times, the Rev Jim Wallis, the spokesperson of the religious left if you will, has said if you want to know Obama, you have to know his minister--that is where Obama gets "his feeling and rhetoric".

Obama's followers don't care what he stands for. Don't you know? He's a magic man. Nothing sticks to him and he can do no wrong. His mistakes and faults are off limits to any criticism from Hillary or anyone else. He is Barack Hussein Obama.

Noticed Obama's supporters are now saying the attacks against him are motivated by racism.

What a strange position to take considering Obama's pastor honored Louis Farrakhan and Farrakhan returned the favor by endorsing Obama.
Black racism seems to be acceptable

the obamassiah followers in the sticky thread seem to agree with this. If the obamassiah loses they've said it will be because the racists have won.

That's ok I guess, labeling your opponenents as racists, so long as it's perceived as though they are white. The counter claims seem to have gone away in that thread....
