Percentage wise, and only seeking rough estimates , does anybody have an idea how many people here participate in discussions and are pretty much set in their beliefs as opposed to those who are here looking at both sides of issues and are trying to decide who is correct.? And how long does it take for this exploring type to see that only I am the one who is without error? Lol.....a little joke there

...which would work if you always understood perfectly and without error everything God said or thinks. If you can do that? More power to you, if however you're a flawed sinful human redeemed but still imperfect? I'm going with: "look at both sides of the issue".

I would say
10 % are seeking
50 % are pretty sure
40 % are absolutely certain of what they believe

Of the 40 % I would say maybe 1 % are actually correct.
To be correct you must agree with me.
100 % of these percentages came from my mind alone.
And when we get to Heaven, you will see I was correct.
Blood Bought 1953 could be correct, but he is a nut from Ohio.

Here is what I am trying to ascertain——I am relatively new here...but it’s fairly obvious to me that nobody is changing anybody’s mind in here. I only post to see that new Believers and even unbelievers can see that there is another side to Christianity that doesn’t necessarily follow the more traditional views that some consider religeous and/or legalistic. I am not interested in “preaching to the choir or wasting time arguing with with those who are set in their ways....just curious to see if the good people who run this place would have an inkling to the make - up of the audience.

When CF was started "changing anybody’s mind" was not the goal.

It was all about fellowship between people who had a lot, but not everything in common.

I suppose one mans “heresy” could be another mans truth."...could make for a good debate

The forum has had some effect becasue real life has shown
that beliefs I had were wrong. Reality has trumped over
what some people teach is reality. Mostly the social issues.
