A prayer for me to change my ways

I've been so blessed by God in my life but I have this habit of closing the doors He has opened up for me due to procrastination amongst other things. However, God has always helped me through them or opened up yet another door.

Please pray that I become more thankful for my blessings and take charge and fight through the challenges instead of letting the opportunities fade away as well as that God doesn't give up on me (albeit I know He never will).

I feel very unworthy because God is so faithful and forgiving.
