Love is the only true commandment in the Church not sabbath/law keeping. If I have love I'm not going to kill my neighbor. If I have love I'm not going to commit adultery with my neighbor's wife. If I have love I'm not going to steal my neighbor's possessions when the sun goes down....and so on and so on.

For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. (Ga 5:14)

Love is the message of the Gospel..God is love and that love is in the Son..Romans 8:39..

We love BECAUSE He FIRST loved US...John 4:19..If we don't have His love in Us then we cannot love others as He commanded Us...

NO ONE LOVES GOD BY BREAKING HIS COMMANDMENTS AND NOT BELIEVING AND FOLLOWING HIS WORD

Love is written on a new heart of flesh according to the new covenant promise *2 CORINTHIANS 3:3-14; HEBREWS 8:10-12. Love establishes Gods' LAW through faith it does not break them *ROMANS 3:31; ROMANS 13:8-10 and is why JESUS says "ON THESE TWO GREAT COMMANDMENTS (OF LOVE TO GOD AND MAN) HANG ALL THE LAW and the prophets *MATTHEW 22:36-40. This is why JESUS says "IF YOU LOVE ME KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS" *JOHN 14:15. He that says I know him and keeps not his commandments is a liar and the truth is not in him *1 JOHN 2:4.

Love to our fellow man...

1. No one loves their neighbore if they lie to them
2. No one loves their neighbore if they steal from them
3. No one loves their neighbore if they murder them
4. No one loves their neighbore if they commit adultery with their spouse.
5. No one loves their neighbore if they covet and are jealous of their neighbores belongings
6. No one loves their neighbore if they do not honor their parents.

Love to God...

1. No one loves God by having other Gods then the one true God and creator of Heaven and Earth.
2. No one loves God by making idols in their lives and bowing down to them and putting them before God
3. No one loves God by using his name in vain.
4. No one loves God by forgetting his Sabbath and working on his Sabbath.

A new heart to LOVE is expressed through obedience to God's LAW not by breaking it.

Does love help you KEEP the commandments or allows you to break them? BTW, you do know that Orthodoxy still considers the 7th day as the Sabbath? We are not allowed to fast on the Sabbath day.

Think about it. Are you contradicting yourself? You agree that love to God and man are the greatest commandments right *MATTHEW 22:36-40? Are you loving your neighbore by stealing from him? Are you loving God by using his name in vain, making idols or breaking his Sabbath?
