I do not know. We put up with four years of Trump over reacting to all the vicious attacks against him. The Trump followers seem to pump out one lie after the other. If I had to vote it would be none of the above.

Before you claim that an article is "pure garbage", perhaps you should read it first to see what it actually says. The article states that the Trump Organization was convicted of felonies and that listed legal issues for Trump himself were pending. None of that is a lie.

Just a reminder that there have been over 300 hearings that have resulted in exactly zero charges being filed against Trump.

The link does not show anything definitive coming either. It only addresses possibilities.

Considering their record, I would not be jumping up and down just yet.

There have been plenty of charges filed against Trump. He also admitted to many of them, such as committing fraud with the Trump Foundation and with Trump University. The Mueller report stated that he was eligible to be charged for obstruction after leaving office.

Sorry, you are incorrect - Donald Trump has not been legally charged with a crime, despite over 300 attempts at doing so.. Eligibility to be charged is NOT being charged.

Yes we are aware of these things, and yet, Trump does indeed have an extensive list of "legal challenges". That investigations are intentionally opaque or that the committee referals aren't binding or that the NY County DA decided not to move forward with charges does not take away from the notion that he has many "legal challenges".

Not being charged and not committing the crimes are different things. All sorts of crimes go uncharged and even uninvestigated. I see that you will be pushing the "hasn't been found guilty" thing right up until a jury returns that verdict.

Trump's been committing crimes for far longer than 6 years, right in the open. It's just that there is so much deference to the wealthy and New York is no exception to that. (If anything it is particularly bad about it.) He's got lots of lawyers (some of them have been good) and knows how to deflect an investigation and to leave minimal evidence when needed.

Most of them is people suing the administration, or vice versa, so his name is on the suits - or was as now those are Biden's suits since it is now Biden's administration.

Trump settled most of his charges out of court. He has also always been politically connected, first through his father, then on his own (contributions, gifts, etc)
