Numbers are heard the way any word is heard, by pronounciation.
Numbers aren't inherently good or evil. But they are good in the sense that they are practical.

I had no idea you were Jewish. Don't often see the word "Yah" coming from Jews, so I assumed you weren't. The forum has a history with the struggle of identity and I hate to revisit it. PM me if you want to talk about it.

Yah is the poetic short form for YHVH. The name Pharisaic Jews don't pronounce though the Torah tells us to. Here is an example of one "Jew" using it:
כֹּ֣ל הַ֭נְּשָׁמָה תְּהַלֵּ֥ל יָ֗הּ הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃
