Not evacuate but hurricane Dianna eye come right up the Cape Fear River a couple miles away

Yes, I have ridden a horse, but I wouldn't say I can ride as I've only been on a horse once and on that occasion the horse just walked along most of the time, only breaking into a little canter when returning to his stable and dinner.
