And if we read those things about no more death, in light of Isaiah 65, we see whom verse 4 above is referring to in context.

Isaiah 65:18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.

Do you not see in verse 19 that Jerusalem is meant, and when it says the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying---the 'her' is clearly meaning Jerusalem, where according to Revelation 21 and 22, it's meaning new Jerusalem? There is obviously an inside and an outside to new Jerusalem, and that new Jerusalem is in the new heavens and new earth, but not that both are one and the same. So it's in the new Jerusalem where there is no more death, and not meaning outside of it as well.
No mortal humans left after the "FINAL JUDGMENT"

There are two groups of humans, saved and unsaved, those unsaved in the lake of fire, those saved in the eternal kingdom.

Names in the book of life, names not in the book of life.

You disregard the "Fire Judgment" that will dissolve this present earth, 2 Peter 3:10-13, You will closely note in Revelation 21:1 below this present earth is "passed Away"

Jesus Christ Returns In the final judgment, eternal life, eternal kingdom, as he clearly taught below.

There will be no future 1000 year kingdom on this earth, with mortal humans present, as Jesus sits on a throne watching mortal humans dying around him.

Verses 31-32 Jesus Returns with the angels, the nations are gathered for judgment.

Verse 34 The eternal kingdom is presented to the righteous.

Verse 41 The wicked are judged to the eternal lake of fire.

Verse 46 The righteous obtain eternal life, and enter the eternal kingdom in verse 34

"ETERNITY BEGINS"!

Matthew 25:31-46KJV
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Jesus Christ returns, then "The End Comes" Can't be more "Clear" than that.

There is no 1000 year kingdom on earth hidden between verses 23-24 below.

"Then Cometh The End"

1 Corinthians 15:20-24KJV
20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.
21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
24 Then cometh the end,
when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

Many teach in error Jesus returns to earth to start a 1000 year millennial kingdom, with mortal humans present?

Scripture teaches below, Jesus returns in fire and final judgment, dissolving this present earth, as the New Heavens and Earth are revealed.

"Eternity Begins"!

"ALL THE SAME EVENT BELOW"

Isaiah 66:15-16KJV
15 For, behold, the Lord will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
16 For by fire and by his sword will the Lord plead with all flesh: and the slain of the Lord shall be many.

2 Peter 3:10-13KJV
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

2 Thessalonians 1:7-8KJV
7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

Luke 17:29-30KJV
29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

Malachi 3:2KJV
2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:

Zechariah 14:12KJV
12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

1 Corinthians 3:13KJV
13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

2 Timothy 4:1KJV
I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

Revelation 21:1-2KJV
21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

As scripture "Clearly Teaches" this existing Heaven and Earth will be dissolved by the Lord's fire in final judgment at his appearing/return.

Jesus Christ Is Lord

If you didn't choose to ignore prophecies in the OT, and not just meaning Zechariah 14, you might actually know the answer to that. For example. Don't know how anyone can read Isaiah 60 and not see that also involving mortals. The time in mind is meaning the new heavens and new earth. And in that same context we see this.

Isaiah 60:12 For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

Immortals don't perish, only mortals do. That's just plain common sense. Compare some of the verses surrounding that verse with Revelation 21 and 22, then tell me the timeframe in mind is not the new heavens and new earth.
You claim unrighteous mortals are found in Isaiah 60, 100% wrong. Verse 21 clearly shows the inhabitants are "ALL RIGHTEOUS"!

You will closely note Isaiah 60:19-20 is exactly the same place as Revelation 22:5

Dave you don't want to see the Lord and eternal "Everlasting Light",you don't want to see "Only The Saved Righteous Are Present"

Dave you have a predetermined prejudice in a earthly 1000 year kingdom, with mortal humans running around.

A teaching in error.

"Everlasting Light, Eternal"

"Thy People Also Shall Be All Righteous"

Isaiah 60:18-21KJV
18 Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.
19 The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.
20 Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the Lord shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.
21 Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.

Revelation 22:5KJV
5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

Read this verse again, maybe slowly this time until you grasp what it infers.

No saved immortal post the 2nd coming will ever at anytime, be in danger of perishing and being utterly wasted. That can only apply to someone mortal who is not already eternally saved. Isaiah 60:12 is apparently meaning during the thousand years, that same thousand years you don't believe in.

Dave you don't want to see the eternal kingdom below, you falsely believe unsaved mortals will be present in this kingdom.

Your belief would be in the realm of "Universalism", everybody goes to the kingdom.

You claim unrighteous mortals are found in Isaiah 60, 100% wrong. Verse 21 clearly shows the inhabitants are "ALL RIGHTEOUS"!

"SAME EXACT PLACE BELOW"!

"SAME EXACT WORDING"!

The eternal kingdom, Gates open, the nations/kings bring the glory/forces into it.

You will closely note in Revelation 21:27 below, the Lambs book of Life has been opened, the "Final Judgment" has taken place.

Isaiah 60:11KJV

11 Therefore thy gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought.

Revelation 21:25-27KJV
25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Dave you teach in error, the eternal kingdom presented will have unsaved mortals.

Your teaching is that of "Universalism" a heretical teaching and belief in my opinion.

Sorry Keras, final judgment takes place at the return of Jesus Christ, only the righteous saved inherit the eternal kingdom in verse 34, the unsaved find their eternal judgment to verse 41 in the Lake Of fire.

Those on the left "goats"

Those on the right "sheep"

There are no "shoats" in the middle.

There are two groups of humans, saved and unsaved, those unsaved in the lake of fire, those saved in the eternal kingdom.

Names in the book of life, names not in the book of life.

Jesus Christ Returns In the final judgment, eternal life, eternal kingdom, as he clearly taught below.

Truth7t7, you teach in error, The 1000 year Millennium and the Eternal Kingdom WILL have ungodly people present. Revelation 16:14 and Revelation 22:15

Revelation 16:14 is on the earth, prior to the battle of armageddon, as the devils go forth to draw the nation's/kings to the final battle.

Revelation 16:14
14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

Revelation 22:15 is describing the "Lake Of Fire" where the wicked will be outside of New Jerusalem.

Revelation 22:15
14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

The Lake Of Fire Outside The Gates Of New Jerusalem, Verse 24 belowwwwwwwww

Isaiah 66:22-24
22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain.
23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.
24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

No place in Revelation 20:1-6 does it show a kingdom on this earth with "Mortal Humans Present" as many believe and teach.
It is shown in verses 7 - 10 .. which is exactly why you ALWAYS stop at verse 6 !
You choose not to see it in the verses that follow verse 6

The continuation of your erred and flawed teaching saga continues...

Abraham , Issac and Jacob are considered Righteous in the Almighty Lord God eyes
When Jesus returns there ARE those who fled to the wilderness -there ARE those who accepted Jesus as Lord and savoir and are alive living on earth - those who rejected Jesus are the unrighteous - those who accepted Jesus are righteous and are living will continue to live on earth as the scripture tells us.

They do not have the glorified body that never dies as they were not among the harvest that takes place before the GT, nor are they who died as martyrs; but they have accepted Christ as savoir and Jesus will rule and reign over them during the time period that satan is locked in prison AFTER Jesus returns to earth .

It is them who live as followers of Jesus in mortal form and after satan has been released from his prison many of those same people will be deceived by satan as they had never before been tempted by satan because satan was in prison.
It will be those who accepted Jesus as savoir during the GT and live during Jesus reign and turn away from Jesus when satan deceives them when satan tempts them - it is they who are refereed to in Rev 20

7 When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison,

8 and will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together for the war; the number of them is like the sand of the seashore.

9 And they came up on the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city, and fire came down from heaven and devoured them.

Plain sense indicates that the followers of Jesus in their glorified body that never dies
Will NOT be Waring with each other and cannot harm one another as the ONLY ones that can be deceived by satan are those without an eternal glorified body

So simple but you refuse to accept the truth !

Why do you disregard the clear teaching of scripture below?

You disregard the truth of scripture below, as if it does not exist, why?

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Your error is that you ignore any scripture that does not fit into you personal interpretation
Scripture IS Clear and concise --ALL Scripture is given by the Holy Spirit for teaching and instruction - ALL scripture - NOT just what you pick and choose what fits your view or your preference - Not some scripture but ALL scripture need to be included
As you ignore any scripture that refutes your interpretation - you are guilty of the very thing you you accuse others of doing
Eternity has existed since God - it is also known as the spiritual realm and resides side by side with the natural realm and interacts within the natural realm as angels are in both the eternal realm and the natural realm
Final Judgment does not happen at the time Jesus returns it happens after satan is thrown into the lake of fire which is 1000 years AFTER Jesus reruns
It is on you to learn that ALL scripture is included to understand this properly
It is on you to accept ALL scripture and NOT just pick that which fits your preferred view

You act as if the clear teaching of scripture below does not exist.

7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

Because Jesus DOES establish HIS ETERNAL Kingdom that never ends when he returns

No place in Revelation 20:1-6 does it show a kingdom on this earth with "Mortal Humans Present" as many believe and teach.

The scripture presented represents the Lord's spiritual realm of eternity, no time.

Angel, heaven, devil, satan, the souls, the dead, God, Christ, 100% the Lord's spiritual realm of no literal time.

There is no kingdom on earth, with mortal humans present as many claim.

Revelation 20:1-6KJV
20 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

What if?

I would like to propose something which most will no doubt find not before thought about:

Notice carefully the following verse, 1 Corinthians 15:54 "So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory."

Notice that Paul does not say that this corruptible must be taken off that incorruption may be put on.

Notice that Paul does not say that this mortal must be taken off that immortality may be put on.

What if? What if the reason we are corruptible is because Adam corrupted himself by sin and thus leaned us toward sin even before we were born so that we were born corruptible?

What if? What if what being mortal really means is that Adam lost God's guarantee to sustain his life thus making himself mortal, and thus we as Adam's flesh inherited Adam's mortality?

Would not all it require then, is for us to put on that which is incorruptible, as in the inner man who no longer sins so that by God's blessing God can restore our corrupted flesh knowing we will not recorrupt it?

Would not all it require then, for us to put on immortality is that God restore his sustaining power to our life?

Have we been a bit confused by Hellenistic stories of their false gods and their imaginary kind of immortality?

Would this make a difference? I mean, is it really realistic for us to imagine a time when either man's or angels' lives are not based in and dependent upon God? For that reason, does not something seem very wrong with the common concept of immortality? Can that concept be proved in the Scriptures or does it only really exist in that manner in pagan stories?

Just something to consider.

Man and Angels are not dependant upon God?

Sounds like you want to become God yourself.

Your concept of the "Immortal Body" isn't scriptural, God giving sustaining power to be immortal.

At the second coming, the believer in Jesus Christ, will receive this "Immortal Body" that Jesus Currently maintains.

Jesus maintained this body "After The Resurrection" that was tangible, but could enter a room without doors being open.

Your teaching that Adams sin was inherited by man is true.

I did not state my concept of immortality.

I gave a single scripture and asked a few questions.

One of them amounts to:

Can you really prove what you say?

Psalms 119:116 "Uphold (camak - sustain) me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope."

Psalms 71:6 "By thee have I been holden up (camak - sustained) from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee."

Lost in translation:

The often repeated allegations made by Truth7t7 in the OP, and in numerous later posts in this and many other threads, are based on a failure to examine the underlying Greek text of the many scriptures he keeps quoting.

There are two Greek adverbs used in these scriptures, both of which are normally rendered with the word "then" in our English translations. But these two Greek words have distinctly different meanings. Our word "then" can have either of these two meanings, and which meaning is intended is usually obvious from the context. But these two meanings are explicitly stated in the Greek.

The two Greek words I am speaking of are "tote," word number 5119 in Strong's Greek dictionary, and "eita," word number 1534 in Strong's Greek dictionary.

"Tote" is correctly translated with the English word "then," in the sense of "at that time." And "eita" is also correctly translated with the English word "then," but in the sense of "after that time."

So, while, Matthew 25 indeed places the judgment of the sheep and the goats as taking place "tote," that is, "at the time when" the Lord comes, 1 Corinthians 15:24 only says that the end comes "eita," that is, "after" the resurrection of the just.

This failure to carefully examine the scriptures has led this poster into a flat out denial of a great many scriptures that very plainly and explicitly state that there will indeed be a future kingdom on this earth after the Lord returns, and that during this kingdom both sin and death, as well as marriage and childbearing, will indeed still take place.

Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
(How long is "forever"?)

Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

The time of the judgment of the dead, with reward for some and destruction for others is right after the 7th trumpet, which is the last trumpet in the Bible.

No loss of translation here, when Jesus returns it's fire time.

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
