It's not based on science.
It does invoke ideas from the shamanic traditions of my ancestors. And from other cultures.

That said, its mythology. And ought be treated accordingly.

So Mom dreams Dad into existence.

Then Mom and Dad have power children.

Then Mom and Dad have lesser children.

Then Mom wants to give gifts to her lesser children, but doesn't know what to give them.

So Mom tells her power children to do it for her.

They, of course, know exactly what to do.

Why Mom didn't know ... well ... who knows?

Anyway, these power children give good gifts and dark gifts to Mom's lesser children.

Mom's lesser children prefer the dark gifts which, as it turns out at the end of your video, aren't gifts at all.

They are curses.

Methinks those "shamantic traditions and other stories" are ... well ... stories.

Fornicating, committing adultery, murdering, trespassing, and a host of other crimes and activities.

Changing one another into animals.

Can you imagine someone turning us humans into animals!?
