I'm happy with the Church that the Saints believed in. The opinions of apostates, unwilling to submit to the will of God do not really matter. I would be happy with something like a modern day counter-reformation that would revitalize Catholicism and strengthen the faith. The people who left for some of the reasons stated in the article did not do so in good conscience, they simply wanted a Church that supported their personal ideology which is devoid of God. The Church exists to guide the faithful, not to accommodate the beliefs of the faithless.
