Wow I thought it was the prevailing wisdom she was heading to retire especially with Biden's dropping popularity and the fact their party is heading for a beating in the next election. But she has done really well being in office. In spite of all the Insider Trading rules put in place they keep finding ways around them and the Pelosi wealth just keeps growing and growing.

Speaking of that family in general lots of chicanery going on with her son and Hunter Biden....

Her supporters will dutifully vote for her. There's no reason to think that they won't; after all, she's actually been dead for sixteen years, and they just keep re-electing her.

Hopefully, though, not a single Democrat will get re-elected this fall. I know *I* won't be voting for any of them.

Not that that means anything.....2020 proved beyond all doubt that voting is more or less irrelevant; if the election isn't going the way the Democrats want, they'll simply print more ballots in the middle of the night to get the candidate they want. The election system is corrupt and broken. We need to get rid of the easily-manipulated electronics, abolish mail ballots, and go back to the in-person Australian ballot, on paper, and with all new election officials, and anybody who was tied to the previous system or is in any way affiliated with a political party should be ineligible to count up the votes.

Pelosi’s announcement comes after the radically pro-abortion California Democrat previously said she wouldn’t run for another term as Speaker of the House.

We have a gerontocracy and a kleptocracy. We don't necessarily get rid of the kleptocracy if she is replaced by an act-alike clone.

haha.

Yeah there is some pretty bad and obvious corruption and it is hard to really talk about with the gas lighting and sophistry used in the media, where they tend to use strawman presentations of things, and other rhetorical tactics. Like all the articles speaking of "no proof of mass voter fraud", when the issue was about targeted voter fraud in 7 or so Democratic states and the big cities in those states where you can prove not only that their are irregularities like more votes being cast than people living in a given county, or registered to a party, but also show incidents of chain of custody problems, actual cases of voter fraud and ballot harvesting, can demonstrate how signature verification was gutted to be next worthless etc.
