Do not listen to #2!
By their fruit you will know them, if they speak okay, then know and understand that they speak just fine!
If you think they're "too popular" yet they speak just fine, then you're making a mistake!
Shame on anyone who speaks over popularity, dismissing the words! Do not dismiss Holy words, words spoken by God himself through His vessels! Those who curse them shall be cursed! Know Holy words, you will know them by their fruits!
It is this reason they are hated by all! None dare know what words are! None care to understand what their fruits are! They see, seeing fruits, and assume the fruit is bad, woe be unto those who curse God's anointed!
It is wolves dressed as sheep, not wolves who are dressed as shepherds.

I guess it depends on what the "Holy Words" are that these people speak. But regarding popularity, the point is that it is something we should be wary of. Jesus had his instances of popularity, but that was almost always the result of him doing miracles and was always temporary. The same crowd which shouted "Hosanna in the highest" one day was shouting, "crucify him" the next.

It was His popularity that kept Him the lot of the time.

The only point I would question is "signs and wonders" since the the witnesses, who prophesy, breath fire, bring about plagues as often as they will and cause it not to rain on their proohecy, not to.mention anything else they can do that revelation has not mentioned. Are these not signs and wonders?

The Beast and false prophet will also be performing signs and wonders. Anyone hoping to tell the good guys from the bad guys on the basis of signs and wonders will almost certainly be deceived. The point isn't to shun or discredit genuine miracles, but rather to recognize when people try to use lying signs and wonders to prop up their spiritual authority, as opposed to basing their authority on the teachings of Jesus.

What miracles? Why worry about miracles? Does not Satan work false miracles? Why worry about miracles?
Satan enters into persons to cause illness, and then leaves, and takes the illness with him, and calls it a miracle.
So? God works to remove illness, why worry if you're not going to know for sure?

Are you saying people in the church who work false miracles are deceived or are working for the devil?
