People going broke during the lockdown, not paying the phone bill, disconnected phone service.

I just posted about this in another thread.

The issue here is that in December (2019) China instituted a new requirement for a facial scan to connect the cellphone user to the phone service, as China is now doing hardcore monitoring of their population through cellphones (cellphones can spy on your every word and move) through their new 5G network capabilities.

So while the drop in registered cellphone users can connect to the virus, it always immediately coincides with the new facial scan requirement..

It's a difficult way to judge deaths in this case as a result, but it does lend some credence to speculation as 840,000 landlines were also ended during this time frame.
