2009 Share a Picture Thread (3)

ok here we go. last year I came to california and took a bunch of pictures on a drive from desert palms to los angeles.. then i promptly left my camera at my friend dave's house. this morning i visited dave, and he handed me my camera! so here are some pictures from last year.

it was breathtaking.

The open road. I loved that I was able to pull over and sit on the ground and take a picture in the middle of the road. At one point I pulled over to climb up a giant rock and a police man came to ask if I was okay. I said "Yes; just exploring."

Sorry Kev My feetsies in the desert. I've not had a pedicure since this time, isn't that SAD??? over a year.

The colors were so bright I loved it!!!

I saw this picture and fell in love with it. I'm not even sure why.

there were like 3098482650234978503249785 pictures of these. when I saw them this year, I got excited again.

Dave and I went to the beach... I am not even kidding. his shadow was so giant.

haha you don't need to apologize, I'm just messin with you. I'm glad you like your feet and think they are beautiful, I wish I could feel the same way about my feet!

And no Sweetlamb, I'm not a fan of feet. I don't know, they've always just been icky to me. I mean we trap them in socks and walk around on them all day until they get stinky. Not something that catches my fancy

Anyways, since I'm here I might as well contribute. On labor day weekend I went to a triple A baseball game, and the Durham bulls clinched their division that night so they had fireworks. These are all cellphone pics but it did a decent job!

Yeah, it was a fun time hanging out. Im glad our weather turned for the better. It was real bad foggy when we first got there.. and I was bummed that she wouldnt see our nice sunny beach.. but then it turned out great.
