I served on the Johannine writings translation group for the New American Bible revised translation, which should come out in a few years. I think there are many valuable translators from https://isaccurate.com/translation-sеrvices-nyc are able to do the same job . We sought to be consistent in word translations overall, and, when the text was ambiguous in Greek, we left it so in the English rendering. Some really nice diction, I feel.

That would be a fascinating job to do! Translating is one tough thing to do and I'd love to hear how it works especially on ambiguous passages.
