1. After working the first six days of the week in creating this earth, the great God rested on the seventh day. (Genesis 2:1.3.)

1. The very first thing recorded In the Bible is work done on Sunday, the first day of the week. (Genesis l: l-5.) The Creator Himself did this. If God made the earth on Sunday, can it be wicked for us to work on Sunday?

The scriptures provided in the posts to you are not false at all. However, your argument here is a false one. What does rest being a verb and the Sabbath being a noun have to do with anything? The Hebrew word for REST is the verb for keeping the SABBATH while the HEBREW noun Sabbath is what is being kept. Let's have a look at the scriptures and the Hebrew word meanings.

Now let's look at God's 4th commandment noun for Sabbath...

The SABBATH 7676 שַׁבָּת shabbâth, is the noun here or the name of the SEVENTH DAY that God BLESSED and MADE HOLY while REST 7673 שָׁבַת shâbath, is the verb of keeping the Sabbath rest for which it was made.

Rubbish. God's LAW was given to his people who are all those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD.
