I depends on what the evidence says his intent was. He had intent to do something but whether it was to commit a crime is to be decided.

Sure, but the administration working to cover up illegal activities during the campaign could make the line kinda blurry. Especially when it is the same people.

I'm guessing this works better when you're running a small family business using daddy's money than it does as POTUS, but we'll find out.
