Freeloader -
a person who takes advantage of others' generosity
without giving anything in return.
SINCE YOU have made such an outlandish CLAIM "FOR ME" - "AGAINST ME"
Why don't you PROVE YOUR IGNORANT CLAIM - otherwise LEAVE it as it is, making yourself A FALSE TESTIFIER!
Go read Article 1 Section 8 again - of WHAT delegated Authority IS included.
IF it is not INCLUDED, it is NOT INCLUDED.
Do you really require the LAW to give you a list of what IS NOT INCLUDED? LOL
How THICK do you think that LAW book would be?
The delegated authority DOES NOT INCLUDE -
buying your food,
buying your clothing,
buying your electronics,
buying your jewelry,
buying your house,
buying your furnishings,
buying your transportation,
buying your toys,
buying your football tickets,
buying your concert tickets,
buying your drinks,
buying your BBQ grill,
buying your utilities,
buying your doctors care,
buying your medicine,
Do you get it yet?
Law is written in the POSITIVE of what IS. NOT the negative of what ISN'T!
Get a clue - Freedom is about being FREE to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!
Taking care of YOURSELF, is YOU exercising YOUR OWN FREEDOM to take care of YOURSELF, without infringing ON OTHER PEOPLE, by wanting THEM to take care of YOU,
AT THEIR EXPENSE!
No it isn't. You just identified, Article One, Section 8 - good grief, don't you know that is precisely GRANTING POWER for specific things....NOT prohibiting it?
Of course it doesn't. The framers of the US Constitution already disclosed - RIGHTS come from God!
The US Constitution simply grants POWER for the US Federation to DO a LIMITED number of things.
Correct.
Why would I surely be able to cite such a thing, I do not believe?
You stated it, I didn't. You cite a Constitution prohibition against dying.
Does the government somehow, KEEP you from dying? How do they do that?
Why would I surely be able to cite such a thing, I do not believe?
You stated it, I didn't. You cite a Constitution prohibition against going bankrupt.
Does the government somehow, KEEP you from going broke? How do they do that?
Sure.
Do YOU understand how to take care of the health and well being of YOURSELF?
I shop and PAY for what I want, when I want it.
Of course, I can afford to buy what I want, since I am the one who PAYS for what I want.
Mostly what is "affordable" is imported JUNK depleted of the body's required nutrients.
Personally, I am selective in what I buy and PAY for, that I decide is beneficial for me.
How I PAY, is none of YOUR business. What you can know is; NO ONE else pays for anything I want or have. I EARN - I DECIDE what I want - and I PAY - Not you, Not the government, Not anyone else.
That is the MOST ridiculous and funny rant, I have ever heard.
And just when you post the MOST ridiculous and funny rant...you top it! LOL
Get a dictionary - freeloading is taking something while giving
nothing in return!
Freeloaders are the SOCIALISTS - WHO WANT free food, free housing, free educations, free laptops, free transportation, free healthcare, free, free, free -
and they give exactly what in return? NOTHING! And WHO exactly has to pay for all their Free, free, free wants? The man who WORKS and EARNS!
Get a mirror - talk to it saying whatever you WANT to have - and whatever you want - if you get - and you didn't pay for it - you are the freeloader - the burden.
Personally - I don't care to have freeloaders be MY Burden, Nor does the US Constitution, give Authority to the Federation to MAKE others of the public at large, an others persons freeloading burden.
Your convoluted sense of thinking a man who works for pay, is being taken advantage of is ludicrous. The employer PAYS for the mans services. The employee didn't take the risk and start the business. The employee doesn't own the business, pay the bills of the business, doesn't buy the materials for the business, he works, and is PAID what he agreed to be paid. I don't buy his time, or his talent. I buy from the business owner, a product he has PAID to have produced. And buying and paying for a product DUH - is not freeloading.
Weird concepts you have.
God Bless,
