As someone who lives near New York, yes, Cuomo did very little to stop the spread. Our schools were closed before New York's even though we didn't have cases until much later than them!

Yep. Governor Cuomo had a chance to get all the respirators he needs but didn't order them. That is not the President's opinion, the President has the paper trail from 2015, he read right from it.
