That should be their name, I almost legitimately crapped myself once while listening to the radio at 2 AM. The emergency foghorn thing went off, and then they gave NO explanation. This was around November, and tensions with North Korea were at an all-time high, and I literally was shaking afterwards. This happened again about a week later, around the same time, with NO explanation as to why it went off- not even a "this was only a test."
