(CNSNews.com) – Media Research Center President L. Brent Bozell III is calling on members of the liberal media to “Tell the Truth” about the administration’s efforts to push the U.S. toward socialism.

“It is our declaration of war on the outrageous levels of liberal bias in the media today,”

“The liberal media are in panic mode,” he said. “The Left's experiment in socialism is failing. Americans are waking up, rising up for freedom and limited government.

“In the coming months, we can expect continued efforts by the liberal media to distort the truth about the economy, about conservatives and about the Obama agenda -- all in an effort to help keep the march toward European-style socialism on track,”

So that would be a none then, just a generic he is doing something bad, duly noted.

Ok, how about this to start with: The three most significant pieces of legislation that have been worked on since he took office is the stimulus bill, health care reform, and financial reform. Pick the most significant that you are aware of and tell how it fits the following definition of Socialism: "Socialism is an economic and political theory advocating public or common ownership and cooperative management of the means of production and allocation of resources."

Or if you don't like that definition you can substitute another but please list it.

Or if you don't like the choices of legislation that I have linked, substitute another.

Defeat of what? The only thing I admitted is that CNS is biased. So for them to call out to the "liberal" media for truth is just a joke.

What you seem to be oblivious to though, is the fact that CNS was reporting on a story and not giving their opinion. CNS did not call them out.

Ah good, full circle. The point is how Main Stream Media, has a current bias for what is not just reporting on the facts.

EDIT: I see I confused TARP for the stimulous bill that has been a complete waste of borrowed money and taxdollars that mainly went to payoff the Democratic Party supporters and interests.

I know how to read the Congress and Senate websites. Perhaps you should try it....

I also tend to watch video which actually shows the people talking. Of course that has it's limits if one gets their news from Breitbart.

I also read threads here because between the jabs and attacks, some actual learning takes place. I may say one thing but always keep an open mind unless it is about a birther issue. That stuff is fo the birds.

Regulation does not equal socialism. Regulation is not even similar to socialism.

A group of people within the bank get together and say, "how will this impact our stock value?"

#2 Dictate how all people get healthcare.

A group of people pay private companies money in exchange for more money in the event that they get sick.

#3 Dictate how and which people get loans per dictation on see #1

Somebody applies for a loan and then another person assesses the short term risk of this investment.

That was easy.
