I was watching the trial of a man charged with murder II and manslaughter. You were watching some other trial.

Not if the trial in question is that of George Zimmerman.

You are, and I agree talk is cheap. I have no problem with cheap talk as long as it is not a misrepresentation of what was said, like what you are doing to Obama.

Oh, so Obama ISN'T allowing his DoJ to circumvent the courts by using technicalities to make sure that a verdict to Jesse Jackson's and Al Sharpton's liking is arrived at in a Federal court, now that he couldn't control the court in Florida?

There is no "theory" about it anymore. It is fact. Being a racially profiling, gun touting, hair triggered vigilante is PERFECTLY LEGAL in the state of Florida.

The law is unchanged. The fact that a jury, when presented with all the facts of the case, didn't come down with a verdict you like, is immaterial.
