The state cannot endorse religion, so official prayers are unconstitutional. Of course, most fundamentalists want America to be a Christian theocracy instead of a free democracy with freedom to believe in any religion.

I support this new law. Parents have a right to know if there is a molester living in their community so they can protect their children. I'm all for locking rapists and child molesters up for life, but unfortunately our justice system doesn't see it that way. There's no way to cure those...

I think it's great that this man is refusing to fight in this immoral war, and is willing to take jail time for it. He's following his conscience that tells him that killing is wrong, so he should get the "conscientious objector" status.
