I have an issue that I cannot get past a certian weight. Its like I have a mental block. I can reach it easily, and then I'm like "ooo, I lost weight, I can cheat now" and it comes back. How do I prevent that? Like, just two days ago I hit that weight and yesterday I cheated like mad.
