I actually did manage to quit smoking, just not that attempt. I quit smoking on October 28, 2008 and I'm still smoke free. :clap: I just thought I'd share that. It can be done!

Definately. Most people do a low-carb diet or count calories. My sugars were so high that diet alone would not bring them down to a normal level. You should definately get tested for PCOS.

I read an article that Clomid is much more effective then Metformin in PCOS cases, so that is what I think that I'm going to try. If you have any questions about PCOS feel free to ask in here or pm me. Having PCOS can make a person feel very alone sometimes.

Just wondering if there was anyone using Metformin or Clomid? I'm currently on 1500mg/Metformin. It worked with the first two cycles and I'm almost on CD60. I'm thinking of getting put on Clomid. Just wondering if there was anyone else using meds?

I have PCOS and I found that book to be very helpful. It led me to go get diagnosed. I highly recommend it.
