    Is it okay to use it for reverse shoulder shrugs? Sometimes if someone else is on the free weight rack, I'll use a squat rack to do reverse shoulder shrugs. It gives me a wonderful burn and I've noticed some size increase so I've stuck to that. Sorry about that though ;).

    Not really. The key with abs is to understand bodyfat percentages. Once you get below 10-11% bodyfat, you will start to notice your abs more and more. Around 5-7% they are incredibly visible and ripped and myself and others would not suggest going below 5% bodyfat anyway.

    I drink Red Bull with sugar and all. Remember, sugar or any other high glycemic carbohydrate is okay to have before and directly right after a workout as it spikes your insulin and allows you to get a protein burst. As far as fake sugars, I've never read anything good about them.
