If you are using full rack make sure you peel of the thin membrane on underside of the rack. It is real thin but if you don't take it off it is hard for the marinade or rub to penetrate.

Jack, Nothing in what you posted describes any thereputic use. By definition of your previous quote from the CCC, the "drugs" they are refering to have thereputic uses.

Certainly, opium and its derivitives have been used for thereputic uses for centuries. Cocaine as well. We could debate Marijuana, since most of its thereputic effects have been after the fact so to speak.

Nicotine is not a drug. There are no real thereputic uses for it outside of assisting with helping to withdraw from dependency.
