Arizona Tea Party looking to recall McCain.

It sounds as though you're very easily amused. So now I'm wondering if it would be better if I stayed as I am, completely devoid of humor. If the threshold is that low, I might need knee surgery from excessive slapping, and right now I can't afford that. What specific "uptake" do you find the...

I doubt that. There are more than three cases of planted racist flags at tea party gatherings. But I guess it's POSSIBLE that there were more planted ones than real ones. Is that right? If one hits refresh on a post, he can create new pictures within the post? Try it. Hit refresh about fifty...

I imagine our embarrassment at that is about equal to Da Vinci's embarrassment if he came back from the dead to find that the Mona Lisa is not hanging in "Bubba's Art Gallery" in Hog Mountain, Georgia.

Oh, gosh. I missed that. That raises the percentage of people attending tea party rallies with racist signs (assuming these unknown people are tea partiers) from .000000001% to .0000000015% . Browser trouble that would cause someone to see only two of three pictures in a post on a discussion...

Which is dumber? (1). "I haven't tested the bath water yet to make sure it's not scalding hot, so I'm not going to put Timmy in the tub just yet." (2). "I haven't tested the bath water yet to make sure it's not scalding hot, but I'm going to go ahead and place Timmy in the tub anyway."

None of them, probably. Which of these two sounds dumber: (). "I haven't even read the bill, so of course I won't sign it," or (2). "I haven't read the bill, so I'm definitely going to sign it." Deflect what? You gave me two examples of signs written by someone, we don't know who, at...

By the way, evidence for tea party racism should come from a tea party speech or comments by a tea party promoter. Isolated signs in a large crowd can "prove" that any organization is racist; the NFL, NASCAR, a Rolling Stones concert, you name it.

Yes indeed. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if somewhere in those 3,000+ pages that no one even read before they passed, there might be a mention of manadtory coverage of funny bone marrow transplants, and maybe even two-left-feet reconstructive surgery, or ice water vein thawing, and maybe...

Sorry. Doctors have told me that I am a rare case of someone born without "sense of humor genes." That being the case, would you mind explaining the humor involved here?

So no evidence? No examples of racism?

Well, you didn't offer a definition of immoral, but maybe I can surmise the one you have by your two examples, stealing and murder. Both cause harm to people other than oneself. So you might say that immmorality is the violation of another person's well-being. Does the intent of an act play a...

I don't want to waste your time and my time, so before we even attempt to discuss what may be moral and what may be immoral, do you accept the concept of morality? If so, can you either define what YOU think it is, or perhaps give some examples of immoral actions? But if you deny the existence...

No, that won't work. You will not find a professional lexicographer who will agree with you that "natural" means real and that "unnatural" means unreal. You can't force definitions on words just to fit your philosophy.

..., which according to you would also be natural. Can you give me an example of a sentence using the word "unnatural?"

BAN homosexuality? What are you talking about? Who are you talking to? I don't think that would work: "Children, when you reach puberty, you will NOT be attracted to members of your same gender. You hear me?? The government forbids it." But of course, according to you, it'd only be natural if...

    Willard lies...AGAIN!

You called him a liar twice in here the opening post and then continued to do so throughout the thread, once even typing that Romney is a lying liar. Then a few people asked you to identify what the lie was, since the article you copied and pasted didn't contain a lie. I think that's a valid...

So with you, the argument is not about whether this or that is unnatural, nor with whether anyone can effectively define or even give an example of something unnatural, but rather with whether such a word has any reason to even exist. It seems to me that if nothing is unnatural, nothing can even...

I'm just wondering what, if anything, IS unnatural? After all, if the definition of "natural" is that which occurs in nature, what CAN be unnatural? The only answer is that which does NOT occur in nature, i.e. NOTHING. So I guess nothing is unnatural. Name something. Anything! Unless it's not...
