The weak and beggarly elements ...

You mean you view Paul's words carry more weight than Moses words? FYI both Jesus and Paul quoted Moses. Meaning his words carried great authority in their eyes.

The weak and beggarly elements ...

The proper definition for Torah are the five books of Moses. Are you saying Paul meant those five books had become worthless? I DON'T THINK SO Sir!

CONTEXT bro. Don't ignore the context. Was Paul's comment directed at Hebrews or non-Hebrews? The answer to that will tell you what Paul meant by his words.

    Matrilineal Descent Vrs The Messiah

It's very easy if you understand the fact that once you have matrilineal ancestry and the women are free to marry OUTSIDE the tribe, the whole system becomes polluted. There is no guarantee after the women start to marry outside the tribe of a pure ancestry of King David to produce the Messiah.

    Matrilineal Descent Vrs The Messiah

No I am pointing out, where the Messiah is concerned, Judaism beliefs with regard to matrilineal ancestry invalidates the Tanakh.

    Matrilineal Descent Vrs The Messiah

EXACTLY! Now you get where I am coming from. If it's matrilineal and it is polluted with marriages with non-Jewish men over the generations, there is no tribal status. Tribal status comes with the male line staying pure.

    Matrilineal Descent Vrs The Messiah

Technically TORAH means the five books of Moses. But if it would help, I mean all the scriptures that make up the Tanakh which speak of the Messiah as a descendant of King David.

    Matrilineal Descent Vrs The Messiah

LOL! This is not about what I believe. I am trying to understand how modern Jews reconcile the expectation of a Messiah through male ancestry but at the same time reject ones Jewishness through male ancestry.

    Matrilineal Descent Vrs The Messiah

I never said anywhere that Jesus did not have a father. He had one, Joseph. There was no chance of his ancestry line being polluted either because the custom of what determined ones Jewishness at the time of Jesus's birth was patrilineal. That is not the point. As things stand now, modern use...

    Matrilineal Descent Vrs The Messiah

Jews claim Jesus is not the Messiah. As far as they are concerned, the Messiah is yet to come. Since Jews have moved away from the Hebrew tradition of Patrilineal descent and adopted matrilineal descent. I am wondering if they are aware matrilineal descent invalidates the teachings of the...

    Suicide by Crucifixion

I have made bold the part of your post which says it all. Given your interpretation of Christ's death, would you say the same for a soldier who goes to war and gets killed? Would you accuse the soldier of suicide or setting out to die on purpose?

Which Translation is Ordained by God?

What proof have you got that Jesus and his Apostles spoke Aramaic? In fact the Bible says Paul who came along after Jesus had gone spoke Hebrew to his fellow Jews . If Paul spoke Hebrew to his fellow Jews that means all the Jews including Jesus and the Apostles spoke Hebrew.

    Anti-Christ is irrelevent!

Please, please, please, stop inserting your own spin into the word of God. You quoted the New Testament and used the word "TORAH" when referring to Paul's letters to the church. My question is: Do you understand what "TORAH"means? "TORAH" simply refers to the first five books of Moses. That is...

    Anti-Christ is irrelevent!

Where did you get all that from? The anti-Christ may not necessarily be someone that opposes the laws of God. An anti-Christ as the Bible defines it is simply anyone that denies Jesus is the son of God. Read it for yourself in 1 John 2:22. 22 Who is the liar but he that denieth that Jesus is...

    There Are Two Messiahs

Jews are right in their expectation of a Messiah that would bring them back to God, unite the twelve tribes and reestablish Israel as a special and chosen property of God. Christianity is not aware of this or choose to ignore this fact in the book of Isaiah that there is not one but two...

Why Did You Accept God's Offer?

It was all laid out in the garden of Eden after the fall. Some belong to the seed of the serpent and are vessels meant for destruction while others belong to the seed of the woman and these are the ones that obey God's word and therefore would be saved. I hope that helped.
