If a Christian is breaking the rules what does it matter who tells them to stop?

This isn't rocket science. If you a) make something up about someone and b) say they'll probably deny it, the latter will probably be the right call.

Sub-forums can still have their own rules. You can still create a safe-haven if the majority of posters in that sub-forum agree.

What decision did the community reach? Can't really call a 45/55 split where many weren't happy with either possibility conclusive, nor was there much progress in developing a third option.
