I thought God was all-loving. I don't see how He could hate a person. I was reading Malachi 1:3 in a translation of the Tanakh and it said that God "rejected Esau". Wouldn't this be a better translation?

Well there are a lot of prophets, but only one Messiah. Do Muslims believe that He saves you from your sins? Isn't that what the Messiah does?
