So we now that orthodox and catholics have some iffy stuff. Rosary prayers, praying to saints, purgatory, possibly idol worship to name a few.

Might be devil trying inject you those thoughts. Its not much different that him blaming you of your old sins for example. Why would he inject you with something which doesnt bother you if he can come up with something that will. Just my thoughts.
