Reminding yourself of verses and Gods commands by having scripture wallpaper on your PC, or phone, or pictures or notes on pin boards . Keeping a gratitude journal. Singing or humming worship songs.

I thought it may be helpful to have a 'go to' place for simple and creative ideas to nurture our relationship with God. This is for everyone but especially bearing in mind that some of us may need lifting up with encouragement, or may not be in a place to do take in lots of information at...

I've been reading replies with interest.....I agree that our role model is Jesus, but think in order to 'weather' peoples responses, we need to draw close to Him and have assurance that we are accepted and loved.
