Does thinking and saying thoughts in your head count as speaking. I’m just so scared.

It’s okay I have been dealing with the fear of saying something in my head will be blasphemous.

But what if we were to have a compulsion to remember a intrusive thought and that triggered your ocd attack I fear it would be intentional even though I didn’t mean to say anything bad in your head.

I am trying to ignore the intrusive thoughts and seek reassurance. But I worry that I might say something in my head without control even when I am trying to recoil it.
