When the writers of Psalms and Proverbs talked about "mockers" and the "ungodly" they were clearly referring to a specific subset of people, NOT mankind at large. About 10 percent of people are cluster b personality disordered (psychopath, sociopath, etc.). I think these were the evil people...

What's your take on the Dem candidates at this time?

Where were all of these candidates in 2016? I think it's great there is a big field this time around, but why didn't any of them have the guts to run in 2016? They will each have to answer for their failure to show up in 2016.

    Cold sores help

Get a prescription for valacyclovir (Valtrex) or famcyclovir. I suffered with cold sores my whole life and then got a prescription about 5 years ago and it works great. I only take it episodically when I get one, not daily. Works amazing! Better than a topical creme because it's a pill you take...

How to navigate my Christian life as a CPTSD survivor

Hello, I think your instincts are totally correct about where to find the best help; it is from other abuse survivors, NOT from psychologists or from clergy. Youtube has been the best source to help me understand cptsd and narcissistic abuse. I don't care if someone has a professional degree...

Pros and cons of religous forums

It seems like there aren't very many Christian forums around, or at least I don't see that many on a google search. The ones I've checked out, I've found to be too shrill to bother to even read. I feel like a few years ago I could go to various different religion forums that aren't there any...

Pros and cons of religous forums

No, I understand. I'm just saying for me, I don't want to read every person's post in a thread any more, so I use the ignore feature. That way it's like they aren't even there. So nowadays if someone posts something I think is nasty, I put them on ignore. In real life, I stick earplugs or...

Pros and cons of religous forums

A few years ago I prided myself on never using the ignore feature, I used to think it was a sign of weakness on my part, but now I find that the ignore feature is the only way I can visit an internet forum (of any subject, not just religion) and enjoy my time there.
