Justice Kennedy's retirement from Supreme Court prompts pro-life hopes

As long as you have gone to a woman's house with formula, or voted for living wages... you can vote for criminalizing abortion and be a good Catholic as far as I am concerned.

Catholic Church Refusing to Follow Australian Law

Will it come from the committee of unicorns and fairies that also reported on religious freedom in the DPRK? I hope it will be as good a read as how Trump made American great again committee.

Catholic Church Refusing to Follow Australian Law

Voting in North Korea honestly and complaining about human rights violations as a Catholic in Australia are a waste of time that likely will only cause more problems than doing nothing.

Justice Kennedy's retirement from Supreme Court prompts pro-life hopes

I know how horrible abortion is spiritually and psychologically. What concerns me is the New Testament. It is easy to throw rocks at a woman instead of examining ourselves. We know that Jesus wrote in the sand, but what did he write about you... me? We want to fix social problems by...

Catholic Church Refusing to Follow Australian Law

Okay.. When I was a kid in the US, we'd make a "whoosh" sound and have our hand go over our head in instances of not getting something. So I will let you think about that for a while.

You aren't a Catholic priest. The question was should he remain a priest. So, the question requires additional information for those that aren't Catholic or whose denominations do not emulate the practices of the Catholic Church. I am not even sure what the point of that particular question is...

    Convicted Catholic Archbishop sentenced

I though that had already been established in this topic (by the term "defrocking", which is used more by the media). Many Christian traditions understand "ordination" as something you renew with a small fee with your congregational organization that enables you to become a "pastor." I am...

    Convicted Catholic Archbishop sentenced

I agree, anyone that commits such a sin should leave ministry forever. Priests generally do not confess their sins to their superiors. In the same way, a priest's church staff would not confess to him. The person is confessing to God and the priest is there as a minster of Christ to...

    Convicted Catholic Archbishop sentenced

Once you are ordained a priest, you remain a priest forever. Being a "priest" refers to the ability to offer Mass, hear confessions, etc. It is not the same as being a chaplain or a pastor. Those are positions one holds as a priest.

    What happens if...

A woman can have general health conditions that would make a pregnancy and birth a risk to her. This would be a woman with a weak heart that might not be able to sustain the trauma of child birth. In cases like these, the woman would likely survive. There are many conditions that could cause a...
