Is the baptism vs not required, a silly debate?

Baptism is an outward ordinance showing an inward work. It does not purify sin but after a person is saved then is a command of God so will be a sin if a person willingly disobeys the commandment making that person no longer saved.

    The question cessationists must answer.

Actually that is why they are divided. Because they have given themselves over to a false church government and every man does that which is right in his own eyes instead of their being judges as Isaiah 1 speaks about.

Is the Book of Revelation, written to and for angels...?

In a very real sense it does have to be interpreted by Angel's. Just as Paul called himself an angel so are God called ministers.

    The question cessationists must answer.

You minister by God working through gift he has bestowed on you. Also the pattern for church throughout ages is seen in Acts. There has been a falling away from these things but it is clearly seen in prophecy that at the end of time that same working and manifestation of Gos would be seen once...

If the Bible is infallible, why do so many Christians disagree on theology?

I've often wondered the same thing and think the answer is that people don't agree and divide because they don't possess true love and humility to look at scriptures together. Most have a false sense of superiority.

Question: Does your church avoid Genesis and Revelation?

Even from the first chapter of Revelation we see that the literal approach is not to be taken by John describing to us what the objects meant by symbols. Sanctification Timeline

Your testimony is wonderful. Be careful of falling into "religion" without maintaining experience with God. Also the Word says that Jesus came to save us from our sin. To deliver us out of that path so we no longer have to sin by His grace.

    How Inclusive Should Church Be?

Jesus healed the man of the Gadarenes, saved Mary Magdalene, and was a friend of sinners and publicans and yet cleansed the temple and rebuked sin. You can come as you are but cannot stay as you are.

Question about the 1000 year reign - rapture

It is not to be taken literally but symbolically.

Question about the 1000 year reign - rapture

Yes it doesn't use the word signs (my bad) but it explains in verse 20 that it is a book of symbols by showing how the different objects represent different things in the church and actually the whole Bible explains Revelation in that manner.
